The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this date, the voucher automatically expires and can no longer be used or extended.
The gift voucher is valid for workshops and activities organised by Pot & Paint Club, as advertised via our official channels.
Booking a place is mandatory and must be done via our official booking channels. Participation is subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part. No cash will be refunded if the workshop costs less than the value of the voucher.
If the workshop costs less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance remains valid until the expiry date. If the workshop costs more, the difference can simply be paid on the day.
In the event of cancellation, our standard cancellation terms and conditions apply, as stated at the time of registration.
Please treat your gift voucher as a small work of art. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a replacement in the event of loss, theft or damage.
The gift voucher may be given as a present to someone else. Sharing creativity is always welcome.
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
